Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in restaurant management, specifically in a high-volume environment.

Demonstrate fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse staff and clientele.
Exhibit strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a large team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficient in all aspects of floor management, including table management, guest relations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Possess in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must be willing to work full-time and be based in or willing to relocate to Johor Bahru.
SPM/'O' Level certification is required.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
Manage and supervise floor staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
Implement and maintain restaurant standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant profitability, including cost control measures, sales initiatives, and marketing promotions.
Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize food costs.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and customers.
