about the job- working independently to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly/annual revenue and profit targets in the respective region.
- involves hunting Large Project Opportunities (LPOs) and creating attack plans based on winnability, demonstrating effective control over competitive pricing, reseller nomination, and technology differentiation
- implementing company sales strategies, ensuring balanced revenue contribution from partners and direct accounts across major buying geographies, and effectively implementing sales plans to enter new market segments or introduce new products
- identifying new markets and appointing partners, collaborating with product managers to close large deals by introducing appropriate solutions, and working with service to ensure smooth operations and minimize complaints.
- Gather and analyze market data on current trends, competitor activities, and the latest industry developments.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Possess 8 - 10 years working experience in the solution sales field
- Has proven track record in sales growth and business development
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
