As a Regional Sales Director, you'll be empowered to take ownership of your territory and drive explosive growth. This isn't just about hitting targets; it's about independently charting your course to exceed ambitious sales goals and maximize profitability quarter after quarter.

  • Identifying and pursuing Large Project Opportunities (LPOs) with strategic precision. Develop winning attack plans based on a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and your ability to differentiate our client's superior technology.
  • Implement and contribute to the company's sales strategies, ensuring a balanced revenue stream from both valued partners and direct clients across key geographical areas.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our service teams to ensure seamless operations and proactively minimize any potential hiccups, fostering long-term client satisfaction.
  • Dive deep into market data, analyze current trends, dissect competitor moves, and stay ahead of the curve on the latest industry innovations.
skills and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • Possess 8 years of working experience in the industry, familiar with HVAC are preferable
  • A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and developing new business
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel
