Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage
- Minimum [Insert Years] years of experience in accounting/finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes
- Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve department goals
- Ensure proper documentation and internal control procedures are maintained
