Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant field.
- At least 2 years related working experience is required for this position.
- Candidates with experience using WMS is preferred.
- Candidates with ability to operate forklift and reach truck will have added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have basic business writing skill.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by planning, supervising, monitoring, and managing operational KPIs.
- Ensure warehouse operations in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures. Train and develop warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals.
- Key Person responsible for Product Master & Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup and database management. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and inventory reports.
- Organize regular inventory stock counts and perform reconciliation to stock records when needed.
- Coordinate with Transport/Forwarding Department on incoming and outgoing cargo movements.
- Ensure high standard of housekeeping and orderliness accordance to 5S principle.
- Responsible to preparation of warehouse weekly & monthly reports.
