about the job- Reporting to the Senior Manager
- An individual contributor role.
- Coverage area: Central and Northern region
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop customer accounts for Central and Northern region
- Conduct regular customer visits; manage sales documentation (quotations, proposals, contracts, order follow-up) and ensure professional handling of customer inquiries and feedback
- Coordinate product trials and technical training in collaboration with the R&D team
- Monitor sales performance, track market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and generate comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the food ingredients category
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated , service oriented
- Able to travel frequently within Malaysia and internationally (when required)
