Admin Cum Account Executive - Kajang

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Business

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, XERO)
• Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Weekday 9am - 6pm
• Saturday 9am - 1pm
• Manage accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare invoices, payments, and assist in monthly closings
• Maintain office records, supplies, and filing systems
• Assist with payroll, HR records, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, SST)
• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and authorities
