- Diploma in Quantity Surveyor from a recognized institution
- Experience in cost estimation, tender preparation and contract administration
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to handle tight deadlines and schedules
- Good communication and computer skills
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in construction field
- Required languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling quotation from relevant sub-contractor/suppliers able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering projects (pre-contract) based on the tender drawings and documents to invite sub-contractors of various trades to submit quotations for the projetcs, evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the contractor.
- To prepare tender documents including measurements and Bills of Quantities.
- To prepare cost estimates.
- To handle progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final account.
- To attend all project meetings.
- Working Hours: Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays
- Dress Code: Casual (e.g. T-shirts)
