Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in software and enterprise IT solution sales, with a proven ability to manage existing client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities.

This role requires a balance of both "hunter" and "farmer" sales skills to support overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Execution & Opportunity Development
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various lead generation methods, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Support the execution of sales plans to meet assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver proposals, solutions, and presentations that meet customer requirements.
  1. Account Support and Upselling
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and negotiation of terms.
  1. Market and Product Awareness
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the enterprise IT and telco sectors.
  • Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders to help improve offerings and customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in software sales and enterprise solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Ability to engage with various levels of stakeholders, including decision-makers.
  • Basic knowledge of the telco industry is a plus.
