Marketing & Creative Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing various marketing projects.
• Support research and development of marketing strategies, including brainstorming ideas, tracking progress, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

• Schedule, publish, and monitor content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.

• Write creative and engaging content for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Help craft campaign messages, taglines, and storytelling ideas.

• Design basic visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Create assets such as social media posts, presentation slides, brochures, and banners.

• Assist in photo and video shoots.
• Handle simple editing tasks for reels, TikTok videos, and short marketing clips.

• Contribute fresh ideas during campaign planning and team discussions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new content formats or strategies

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also welcome

• Strong written and verbal communication in Malay , English and Mandarin

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Understanding of design principles, brand consistency, and basic layout

• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Aware of current content trends, formats, and engagement tactics

• Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Comfortable assisting with on-site or studio shoots

• Creative, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work well in a team
