- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads, influencer marketing
- Analytical, creative, and results-driven.
- Lead and manage marketing and production teams.
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
- Drive Meta Ads campaigns to achieve traffic and sales targets.
- Oversee content direction for all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Telegram.
- Plan monthly campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Manage marketing budget and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to boost brand presence.
