Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B sales.
- Minimum 2 years in outbound telesales (cold calling, lead qualification, phone closing).
- Proven track record selling manufacturing-related products (e.g., industrial components, machinery parts, chemicals, packaging, or OEM supplies).
- Language: Must be able to communicate in Chinese Native Candidate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to work across two locations (Pelangi Square and Sungai Buloh).
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy during daily cold calling.
- Manufacturing Acumen: Understanding of industry pain points like downtime, cost control, and lead times.
- Negotiation: Strong phone-based closing techniques and objection handling.
- Self-Discipline: Excellent time management to balance KPIs and field visits.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Conduct 50–80 outbound calls daily to generate leads from the manufacturing sector.
- Expand the company’s customer base by pursuing new market segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key manufacturing clients.
- Develop sales strategies and conduct market research to identify competitor trends and risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare professional proposals and quotations.
- Use technical product knowledge to address client concerns and negotiate contract terms.
- Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipelines in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely product delivery.
- Submit regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales team members.
- Commission: Uncapped (Structure to be discussed during interview)
