Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone screenings (when required)
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts, career fairs)
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job ads
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals
  • Interest in recruitment or HR career
  • Basic knowledge of interview techniques
  • Can speak chinese would be an added advantage
