Our partner is a family-owned general insurance brokerage based in Southern Sydney, Australia proudly servicing clients across construction, trades, and small-to-medium businesses. Known for their personalized approach and deep industry expertise, our client continues to grow and is now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker Assistant to support their onshore team in delivering exceptional service to Australian clients.

This position is full time onsite during probation period and based in BGC, Manila - work hours are 6am to 3pm Manila time, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process manual invoices, renewal documentation, and certificates of currency across various insurance classes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of schedules, uninsured risk summaries, and obtain claims histories from insurers.
  • Maintain client records, track and follow up on outstanding documentation, and manage debtor processes.
  • Upload documentation accurately into internal systems and respond to requests from the onshore team.
  • Review policy documentation and assist with general and ad hoc broker support tasks as needed.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years' experience in general insurance broking, with strong back-office knowledge especially supporting the Australian clients will be an added advantage.
  • MUST have an experience using Insight broking system.
  • MUST have insurance broking background at least for 2 years.
  • Familiarity with document management systems such as OfficeTech or Organise IT is highly regarded.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
