The Opportunity
Our client is a trusted provider of insurance solutions, delivering a full range of services to businesses and individuals across Australia. With a commitment to service excellence and industry compliance, they are seeking a detail-oriented Broker Administrator to join their growing offshore team and support daily operational needs.
This is a hybrid position requiring an alignment with Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila time, Monday – Friday).
Key Responsibilities- Process manual invoices and insurance schedules accurately and timely.
- Arrange Certificates of Currency across all insurance classes.
- Prepare renewal reviews and obtain claims histories from insurers.
- Manage client debtors and follow up on outstanding client documentation.
- Upload and file documentation on internal and external systems.
- Respond to enquiries and requests from the onshore team.
- Check and verify policy documentation.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and general queries as required.
- Support team members in achieving SLAs and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong administrative skills with a background in financial or insurance sectors preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Steadfast Insight, Sunrise, and SCTP platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with offshore teams.
- Prior experience in an outsourcing or offshore setting is an advantage.
