- Prior administrative or office support experience is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese, English & Malay for work-related coordination
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
- Manage documentation, filing, and accurate data entry
- Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and internal documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, calls, WhatsApp)
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic office arrangements
- Support HR, accounts, or operations teams with administrative duties
- Maintain organised records and proper documentation
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
