Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Mass communication or any equivalent
- Able to speak and write well in English and Chinese
- Familiar with social media platforms (FB, IG, tiktok, rednote)
- Basic design and video editing skills(Canva, Capcut)
- Copywritting skills (English and chinese)
- 1–2 years in digital marketing or e-commerce preferred
- Strong leadership and problem solving skils
- Independent & self-driven
- Creative but also detail-oriented
- Manage social media accounts and company website such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Rednote
- Create and post daily useful engaging content across social media channels, including photos, videos, and other engaging formats
- Write captions and basic copy writting in Mandarin & English
- Plan monthly content and monitor engagement post FB/IG
- Manage shopline website and shopee store to make sure product information, stock & pricing are accurate
- Coordinate order processing with warehouse & logistics
- Handle basic customer enquiries, refunds & returns
- Plan and execute online promotions and campaign
- Any ad-hocs by superiors
