Minimum 1 year sales experience in retail, luxury goods, furniture, or interiors preferred
- Good communication skills and polished presentation
- Service-oriented with a friendly, confident, and proactive attitude
- Passionate about design, furnishings, or home styling
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with weekday off days)
- Team player with a positive work ethic
- Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner
- Provide styling and layout advice based on customer needs
- Guide clients through the full buying process—from consultation to post-sale follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and client relationship-building
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Manage orders and coordinate closely with backend and logistics teams
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral sales
