General HR responsibilities include prepare monthly payroll and submission of statutory payment (EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB & HRD Levy) on time and accurately.
- Prepare and submission of Yearly Borang E & EA.
- Assist in staff recruitment and selection, HR Policies and procedures, training and development.
- Maintaining and updating employee’s database timely and accurately.
- Process employee’s expenses claim and leave application.
- Monitor employees’ attendance.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR matters.
- Issue cheque, upload payment via online banking and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Monitor and assist in resolving and administrative problems.
- Maintain admin records and filing system.
- Liaison with Auditor, Tax Agents, Bankers and Local Regulatory Authority bodies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR/Admin matters & back-up HR/Admin team as and when required.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act 1955, EPF, Socso, EIS and Income Tax is an added advantage.
- Familiar with “HR 2000 i-Payroll” will be added advantage.
- Independent, good team player and able to communicate with people of all levels.
- Flexible to work extra hour when necessary.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferable can start work immediately.
