The Role:We seek a proactive Sales Executive / Client Servicing Senior Executive to drive end-to-end client relationships and revenue growth. You will own the sales cycle—from lead generation to post-sales support—while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle: Proactively identify prospects, negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure seamless post-sale support.
- Onboard new clients with efficiency and professionalism to build lasting partnerships.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through strategic communication (calls, emails, face-to-face meetings).
- Expand and manage a client portfolio via consultative engagement and solution-based selling.
- Develop compelling proposals, quotes, and project briefs (Jobsheets).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Traffic teams to execute projects flawlessly.
- Monitor project flow: Track orders, follow up on POs/payments, and deliver premium after-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Report performance metrics accurately to management daily/weekly.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (experience in advertising/marketing/creative industries preferred).
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and a hunger to maximize commission-based earnings.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Strong relationship-building aptitude with a client-centric mindset.
