Account Receivable Executive

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.

- Manage and execute the full cycle of account receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of payments from clients for metal works and construction projects.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients in accordance with project milestones and contractual agreements
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and proactively follow up with clients to resolve outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to address client inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and ensure smooth communication regarding payment terms and project progress.
- Prepare and analyze monthly accounts receivable reports, including aging analysis, collection forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in the collection process.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits related to accounts receivable
