Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, in property development or real estate industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with target audiences.
- Proficient in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
- Experience in CRM systems and marketing automation is an added advantage.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, presentation skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to support the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies for our property projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital campaigns, lead generation, and brand building within the real estate/property development sector, with a strong understanding of market trends, buyer behavior, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin & English to cater to targeted customer segments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensivedigital marketing campaigns for property launches, ongoing projects, and corporate branding.
- Manage online advertising channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and property listing portals (e.g., PropertyGuru, iProperty).
- Manage marketing content in both Mandarin & English for websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Implement and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM).
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and lead conversion strategies.
- Support property launch events, roadshows, exhibitions, and related promotional activities, including pre-event and post-event digital engagement.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve marketing approaches.
