Company Secretarial Assistant

  1. Prepare Circular Resolutions, Minutes of General Meetings, Annual Returns, Statutory Forms and other documentation.
  2. Ensure timely submission of Annual Return and other statutory forms / documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
  3. Lead, support and / or assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, maintaining statutory records and complying with related statutory requirements.
  4. Assist in complying with new and ad hoc documentation requirements (e.g. beneficial owner declarations etc.).
  5. Arrange certification of documents by the Company Secretary.
  6. Liasing with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities as is related to company secretarial matters.
  7. Work independently and be the key point of contact for the clients under your portfolio.
  8. ICSA qualified or pursuing ICSA.
  9. Alternatively, relevant equivalent degree from any qualified university (local or foreign).
  10. Computer literate with working proficiency in Microsoft Words and MyCoID.
  11. At least 2-3 years of cosec experience. More experience is an added advantage.
  12. Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
  13. Full time position
  14. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin language is an advantage. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
