Client is a rapidly expanding capital group with diverse interests spanning construction, property investment, and facilities and asset management. Comprising numerous subsidiary companies and a substantial workforce, the group is currently enhancing its human resources functions to support ongoing growth.
We are seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Manager/ HR Manager.This pivotal role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will be instrumental in harmonizing HR practices across diverse business units within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage and harmonize compensation and benefits policies, including insurance policies across the group.
- Training & Development: Oversee and manage trainings, with a specific focus on industry-specific certifications and development programs.
- Industry Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with regulations relevant to the construction and related industries.
- Strategic HR: Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and policy development, aligning HR with overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of junior HR professionals (Executives to Senior Executives), primarily focused on payroll and administration.

Experience
Mandatory:
- Must have prior experience in the construction industry
- Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits and harmonizing insurance policies.
- Experience with construction-related trainings (e.g., CIDB etc)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Mandarin language skills is a bonus, as Senior Managers due to business need.
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Trade Unions is a plus.
