Operations Executive

Plan, execute and deliver customer’s orders as per customer’s requirements.
- Ensure inventory management is accurate.
- Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.
- Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.
- Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
- Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Experience in executing customer’s orders, inventory management and shipment
- Experience in multiple departments’ various concepts and ways of working, practices and procedures.
- Minimum diploma in any field
