They are experts in custom design, character licensing, and movie premium promotions, serving top multinational and recognizable brands across Malaysia and the region.
They create tailored promotional solutions that specifically target the kids demographic while also expanding into more premium gifts for teens and adults, helping brands stand out, achieve sales goals, and connect with consumers across all age groups through creative, licensed, and custom products (TV/film, cartoons, children's entertainment, sports, lifestyle, celebrity, and consumer brands).

Operations Executive
Job Description:
- Oversee projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines and delivered within budget
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, factories and 3rd party service providers
- Undertake sourcing & purchasing activities
- Conduct project costings
- Prepare documents for importation of goods and compliance to regulatory bodies
Responsibilities:
- Employee is expected to be the technical expert in the team, while taking on a supportive role with client-facing responsibility (secondary to Sales team)
- After the initial sales approach, employee works with Designer to distill the requirements.
- The next step involves evaluating the budget, providing a quote, and obtaining purchase orders for the planned manufacturing in China.
- Once the manufacturing process is confirmed, shipping arrangements need to be coordinated.
Requirements:
The candidate must be:
- Proficient in structured multitasking, demonstrating expertise in complex & time- sensitive project management.
- to ensure smooth transitions and concurrent execution of multiple (4-5) projects.
- Extremely aware of deadlines, show respect through punctuality, and able to competently manage their schedules according to their commitment
- Comfortable projecting a strong & assertive approach when dealing with suppliers
Other Details:
- Replacement role
- Preference is given to an experienced candidate (1-3 years of experience), with relevant industry experience.
- A technical qualification (eg. from engineering or sciences) is required.
- Minimum Diploma level
- Experience of diverse manufacturing processes, techniques and standards such as moulding, printing, etc. are needed, given the technical nature of the industry.
- The role involves mobility, including local travel and frequent trips to China to engage with plastic and moulding factories.
- Ability to read and write in Chinese is essential for effective communication with suppliers.
