Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Required skills: Communication, Creativity, Teamwork, Patience, Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Sales, Attention to Detail, Cashiering, Organized
- Physically fit for outdoor tasks (lifting, handling plants).
- Customer service and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of plant care (watering, pruning, fertilizing).
- Good teamwork and positive attitude.
- Able to create content and assist with live selling when needed.
- Basic cashiering and payment handling skills.
- Enjoy working with plants and in a greenhouse environment.
- Agricultural background is an advantage (training provided).
- Willing to work on Saturdays (off day on Friday).
- Welcome and assist customers in the retail area.
- Handle cashier duties and payment processing.
- Care for plants: watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control.
- Arrange, restock, and maintain store presentation.
- Assist in store displays and promotional setups.
- Pack online orders if required.
- Support promotional content creation and live selling when needed.
