Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification.
Required skills: Communication, Creativity, Teamwork, Patience, Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Sales, Attention to Detail, Cashiering, Organized
Physically fit for outdoor tasks (lifting, handling plants).
Customer service and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of plant care (watering, pruning, fertilizing).
Good teamwork and positive attitude.
Able to create content and assist with live selling when needed.
Basic cashiering and payment handling skills.
Enjoy working with plants and in a greenhouse environment.
Agricultural background is an advantage (training provided).
Willing to work on Saturdays (off day on Friday).
Welcome and assist customers in the retail area.
Handle cashier duties and payment processing.
Care for plants: watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control.
Arrange, restock, and maintain store presentation.
Assist in store displays and promotional setups.
Pack online orders if required.
Support promotional content creation and live selling when needed.
