Senior Human Resource Executive - Kajang

Talentify Media Sdn Bhd is seeking a people-oriented and performance-driven Senior Human Resource Executive to strengthen employee relations, improve overall performance, and lead key HR functions. Job Description:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPI frameworks and evaluation tools.
• Observe, assess, and provide feedback on employee performance to support continuous improvement.
• Initiate strategies to reduce employee turnover and enhance retention.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships to promote teamwork and open communication.
• Provide guidance and support to team leaders and managers on HR matters.
• Handle employee concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive work culture through engagement programs and HR best practices.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop evaluation criteria and conduct fair performance assessments.
• Proactive, approachable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
