Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma

• Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Understand the theory and techniques of doing sales through Whatsapp.
• Can do sentence layout well in explaining products on Whatsapp.
• Willing and has the initiative to learn products and customer needs
• Able to understand the standard operating procedure (SOP) to operate Whatsapp
• Comprehensive training and guidance will be done.
• Sufficient competitiveness to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Company
• Focus Reply Whatsapp
• Learning the technique of using Whatsapp (will be given training)
• Knowing clearly about the product to be sold
• Understand the tasks and work rules set by the Manager and the Company
• Work hard and be disciplined
• Can work with the existing Sales Team
• Make a sale
• Do stock check once every month
• Additional bonus according to current performance (measured every month not subject to sales alone but based on effort, initiative and seriousness)
• SALARY will be assessed according to ability, skills and experience (will be assessed during the interview)
• EPF and SOCSO are contributed from the first day of duty
• Personal Insurance Allowance when confirmed
• Triple pay on public holidays
• OT if required by the Company
• Working Days - 5 full days, 1 half day, 1 day off.
• Working Hours
• Morning Shift : 9 AM
• 6 PM, Night Shift : 1 PM
• 10 PM.
