Internship Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and daily sales activities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
- Support inventory tracking and product availability checks
- Help identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints
- Prepare sales reports and documentation for management
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in industrial sales or a similar role is an advantage
- Basic understanding of industrial products or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
