Sales Assistant

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Must possess at least an SPM certificate.
• Able to speak in English.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication skills are an advantage.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Pavilion Bukit Jalil
• Perform retail sales at OWNDAYS shops.
• Responsible for daily shop operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Dispense and fit spectacles, and edge lenses based on prescriptions.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, manage retail sales, and handle inventory controls.
• Training will be provided to build confidence in new skills within a short period.
• Working Schedule
• 6 days off per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends).
• Working hours: 9 hours, including 1-hour break.
• Shift work details (scheduled by Shop Manager):
• A: 10 AM - 7 PM
• B: 12 PM - 9 PM
• C: 1 PM - 10 PM
• Overtime (OT) rate: 1.5x.
