- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, with experience in the banking or mortgage sector preferred
- Strong knowledge with recruitment processes, HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Achieve monthly recruitment goals, focusing on sourcing and hiring experienced professionals within the banking and mortgage sectors.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
- Issue offer letters, manage onboarding processes, and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, medical, and insurance documentation.
- Address employee grievances, support performance management initiatives, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Organize training programs to enhance employee performance and facilitate professional development.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze employee turnover, and assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as required by management.
