Telemarketer - Kajang

Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma is an advantage but not required)

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and/or English (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Basic computer skills (e.g., WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Excel)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Able to work on-site at our office (not remote)
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers from provided lists
• Promote and explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and handle basic objections confidently
• Set appointments or generate leads for the sales team
• Update call records, customer information, and feedback in the system
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a good relationship with clients
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Fixed monthly salary
