Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and/or English (Mandarin is a bonus)
Basic computer skills (e.g., WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Excel)
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Positive attitude, disciplined, and self-motivated
Able to work on-site at our office (not remote)
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers from provided lists
Promote and explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner
Understand customer needs and handle basic objections confidently
Set appointments or generate leads for the sales team
Update call records, customer information, and feedback in the system
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a good relationship with clients
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Fixed monthly salary
