Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying clients.
  • Strong understanding of the O2O business model and the challenges faced by businesses in the online-to-offline space.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and online research, focusing on companies that can benefit from O2O solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, targeting specific market segments and industries to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored O2O solutions to address their challenges and achieve their objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business expansion, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of O2O More Enterprise's solutions and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of O2O solutions and exceptional client service.
