Our company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our administrative and accounting functions. This job position will be performing general administrative duties to ensure the daily operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently where possible as well as taking instructions from sales manager and accountant while maintaining accuracy in daily operations.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks for daily operations
- Handle phone calls and walk-in customers,
- Data entry, maintain and organize company documents and records,
- Assist in coordination of internal processes and operations
- Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Friendly and cooperative team player
- SPM, STPM holder or Diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents,
- Willing to learn and proactive, mediculous, responsible, responsive and adapt to changes in any situation,
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English,
- Working days - Monday to Friday.
