Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory (inbound & outbound)
- Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization of parts
- Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming spare parts and verify against purchase orders/delivery orders
- Inspect items for quantity and quality compliance
- Report damaged or missing items promptly
- Issuance & Distribution
- Issue spare parts based on approved requisitions
- Ensure proper documentation for all issued items
- Coordinate with technicians/operations team for parts usage
- Storage & Organization
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO where applicable
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records such as stock cards, inventory systems, and reports
- Prepare periodic inventory and usage reports
- Update inventory systems
- Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with procurement for replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
- Support audits and stock inspections
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (preferably spare parts)
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
- Attention to detail and accountability
