Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory (inbound & outbound)
Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper labeling and categorization of parts

Receiving & Inspection

Receive incoming spare parts and verify against purchase orders/delivery orders
Inspect items for quantity and quality compliance
Report damaged or missing items promptly

Issuance & Distribution

Issue spare parts based on approved requisitions
Ensure proper documentation for all issued items
Coordinate with technicians/operations team for parts usage

Storage & Organization

Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO where applicable

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records such as stock cards, inventory systems, and reports
Prepare periodic inventory and usage reports
Update inventory systems

Coordination & Compliance

Liaise with procurement for replenishment
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
Support audits and stock inspections

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
1–3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (preferably spare parts)
Basic knowledge of inventory systems
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
Attention to detail and accountability
