Storekeeper

Education & Experience:

• Minimum SPM or above in any field.
• 1-2 years as storekeeper is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Style:

• Comfortable with daily routine and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in repeated job functions.

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office
• Basic knowledge of using computers

Other Requirements:

• Able to write, read speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good Attention and accuracy record keeping.
• Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting, moving & loading goods.
• Support daily operations for the Admin and Operations Departments.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of items.
• Prepare and issue materials to internal departments as requested.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based).
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and internal teams on delivery, collection, and receiving schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the store area.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
