- Salesforce CRM support experience.
- Provide support and assistance to end-users with any Salesforce CRM inquiries or issues.
- Support the Regional CRM Manager on Salesforce CRM related project activities.
- To support and be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Salesforce CRM program
- Work closely with client Technical Solutions team on Salesforce CRM issue resolution or change request tickets.
- Be a Salesforce CRM expert to our users
- Extract and analyze Salesforce reports to aid decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations aligned with business requirements.
