What You’ll Do
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
  • Provide accurate information on WMA events, programs, and services.
  • Assist customers with event registrations, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event teams to ensure excellent client experience.
Requirements
  • Good command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and patient attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
