What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
- Provide accurate information on WMA events, programs, and services.
- Assist customers with event registrations, payments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event teams to ensure excellent client experience.
- Good command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- Minimum SPM or Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and patient attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
