Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or a related customer service role in related field.
- Proficient in customer service skills, able to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain good customer relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proactive, able to work independently, responsible
- Good teamwork skills
- Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work onsite in South City Plaza and adhere to the company's working hours and policies.
- Look for stock requested by customers and Issue sales invoice to customers
- Achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
