Job Description

• Focusing on clerical job and maintaining a good record keeping of the department’s documents and data.
• Data entry such as Good Receive & Good Transfer

• Maintain and update record using systematic filing method to ensure easy access and quick retrieval
• Compile data prior to key in to ensure correct and accurate information are being keyed in for further processing
• Maintain a good PR with both internal and external parties
• Follow up with both internal and external parties to ensure task is completed
• Assisting suppliers in obtaining airside permits
• Quota application are done correctly to ensure stocks are being received correctly
• Preparing of monthly reports of the attendance; Overtime; and leave records.
• Performing the second round of checking of the documents prior to transfer in the absence of the Supervisor
• Ad hoc task

• Knowledge in statutory requirements of the trade and business
• Basic experience in warehousing environment

• Able to work under pressure to meet requirements
• Basic computer knowledge - SAP, Microsoft Office & Excel
• Basic office management skills (i.e filing, records, etc)

Relevant Industries

SPM with minimum 1 year relevant working experience

• SPM Credit in Bahasa Pass in Mathematics and English
