Business Development Manager – Pharmacy & Retail Channels

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our retail channel growth, with a strong focus on securing listings with national pharmacy chains such as Guardian, Watsons, Caring, Alpro, and others. If you have experience in retail pharmacy negotiations and a passion for health & wellness brands, we’d love to meet you.

• Lead and execute listing strategy for our Brand Clients' products in retail pharmacy chains.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with category buyers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, trade margins, and promotional plans.
• Manage and coordinate onboarding process with internal teams (regulatory, logistics, marketing).
• Work with marketing to propose trade campaigns and in-store activations.
• Monitor sales performance and develop initiatives to drive sell-through.
• Keep track of competitor listings and market trends.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales within the pharmacy or FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in successfully listing products into retail pharmacy chains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with health supplements, skincare, or pharmaceutical categories is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
