Quality Management System Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Diploma / Degree in Quality / Engineering / or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing / quality environment.
- Good knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and other quality management system requirements.
- ISO9001 Internal Auditor qualification required; IATF16949 or ISO14001 Lead Auditor qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience in internal audit (lead experience preferred).
- Familiar with SPC / 8D tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), QMS systems and SPC tools.
- Good command of Mandarin, basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work in both office and production environment.
- Proactive, strong teamwork spirit with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Working Hours：Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and capability.
- QMS Management
- Maintain and drive ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Support IATF 16949 implementation (if applicable)
- Prepare and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions
- Organize internal audits and management reviews
- Liaise with customers and external auditors
- Quality Control
- Define and improve inspection standards (incoming, in-process, finished goods)
- Perform SPC monitoring and basic analysis
- Lead or participate in 8D problem-solving and corrective actions
- Manage calibration of measuring instruments
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive PDCA cycle and improvement projects (QCC)
- Monitor quality KPIs and improvement actions
- Handle customer complaints and closure
- Supplier Quality
- Support supplier quality evaluation system
- Monitor incoming quality and supplier performance
- Training & Support
- Conduct basic quality system training
- Maintain quality records and KPI tracking
