Account Executive

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in read, write and speak in Mandarin for handling invoice and documentation tasks is required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

The roles and responsibilities of this position is to assist in or carry out independently the duties as required by Robust HPC Sdn Bhd that may cover the following areas:

• Preparation of full set account;
• Work closely with auditors to close company accounts annually.
• Handle project invoicing, claims, supplier payments and customer payment;
• Liaison with suppliers for Request for Quotation, placing order, warranty claims, etc;
• Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents;
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff;
• Information research and compilation;
• Directors with personal and business tasks;
• Any ad-hoc task when assigned.
