As a Specialist within the Digital Marketing team, you will use Inbound Marketing methodologies to deliver exceptional returns on our client’s marketing campaigns, whether it is in the area of generating enquiries or driving awareness for a brand.
This role includes 30% copywriting and 70% end-to-end campaign implementation (setup, tracking, optimisation, reporting).
We want candidates who are willing to or can already:
- Speak and write excellent English
- Craft ad copies and landing pages to effectively generate conversions
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok Ads and/or ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
- Lead campaign strategy development, targeting, budget allocation, bidding, and A/B testing
- Build and manage campaign funnels for lead generation, conversion, and sales
- Set up tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta CAPI (Conversions API)
- Analyse campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the content, design, and CRM teams to align messaging and nurture flows
- You are meticulous and have an eye for detall and you can spot the error in this sentence
- You feel like you can’t rest until you come up with the snappiest headline/caption possible
- You are an inner geek at heart and would jump at the chance to dissect data and explain statistics to a client
- You are obsessed about making things better no matter how minute and like coming up with the next how-to guide
- You want to play a big part in the success of campaigns (ability to create landing pages and ads based on your idea and watch KPIs being met)
- Minimum 3–5 years of execution experience managing paid ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong command of campaign setup, optimisation techniques, and platform-specific strategies
- Certified in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint
- Experience with lead generation, retargeting, e-commerce, and full-funnel paid media strategy
- Comfortable working with data and large ad budgets, and adjusting tactics based on performance
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Meta CAPI setup and troubleshooting
- HubSpot CRM (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets – must be comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, data clean-up, and reporting dashboards
- Experience using Looker Studio or similar visualisation/reporting tools
- You’ve managed or monetised your own blog, store, or digital project
- You actively test new tools or AI automations to optimise campaign workflow
- You include actual campaign results in your CV or portfolio
