Overview
As a Digital Media Specialist at Commerceplus, you will strategize, execute and optimize digital media buying across Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Your mission is to drive growth for eCommerce brands through data-driven strategies, compelling creatives, and collaborative execution.
Key Responsibilities
ANALYZE- Audit and analyze past performance data to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop media buying strategies based on key metrics, trends, and best practices
- Translate insights into actionable campaign structures
- Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms with a test-and-learn mindset
- Learn and utilize Commerceplus planning and campaign setup approaches and techniques to drive key metrics across the funnel
- Continuously refine ad copy, creative angles and audience targeting
- Build and scale winning campaigns to maximize ROAS
- Manage daily communication and weekly reporting via Microsoft Teams, Email and calls
- Build strong client relationships and align on KPIs (Sales, ATC, AOV, ROAS, Spend, New Buyers, Contribution %)
- Collaborate with account leads and internal teams on performance strategies and budget pacing
- Clear, timely updates and proactive insights for clients
- Structured, well-named, and scalable ad accounts
- Effective campaign execution that hits and exceeds KPIs
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and continuous learning
- Accurate implementation of tracking via Shopee Brand Portal, Lazada Marketing Solutions, TTAM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ad Accounts
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency, brand, or client-facing setting.
- 1 + yr hands-on buying in Shopee, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Platform and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- 5.5 day work week (5 days on site)
- Able to work during Peak Days and Brand Campaign Days
- A keen eye for detail in management of timelines and deliverables. Logical and analytical while being creative and curious.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Skilled in project management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Insatiable hunger to identify, prioritize, and then achieve goals and KPIs. Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds).
