- Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule (5 working days, 2 off days per week)
- Job location: Kuala Lumpur or Cyberjaya
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
